If you are being
BULLIED, you are probably disabled according to the LEGAL DEFINITION of
DISABILITY.
Disabled people often have
disabilities which are not obvious. Disabled people often have
Special Needs in order to alleviate the effects of their
disability. When a disabled person having particular special
needs, is not readily perceived as disabled, then they can have very
substantial problems with other people discriminating against them by
not permitting them their Special Needs.
This causes problems for both the
disabled person discriminated against, obviously, but also for the
discriminator as it is illegal in all of Australia, to discriminate
against disabled persons. Because disabled person are entitled to
this but invariably suffer repeated episodes of this type of
discrimination, they become litigious. Litigation causes both
parties distress.
I am disabled with multiple
disabilities. Through no fault of my own I have brain
damage. Because of this, I have had to make adjustments and
adaptations to alleviate the effects of my
disabilities. Although I am entitled to welfare, I do not
receive any. I do not need any gifts to survive and
prosper. All I do need is to be not denied my special
needs. I have one special need and that is to be accompanied by
my assistance dogs. Bureaucrats deny me my right on public
transport. This means I cannot travel where I cannot walk.
Another special need I have, is to present argument or comment in
writing, rather than verbally in person or by phone, as due to the
brain damage I have suffered, my concentration ability varies. In
the Internet age, that 'presentation in writing' means EMAIL.
Although I have had specific medical evidence fully justifying these,
they have been denied to me by public sector parasites and government
tribunals, to my great detriment. I am sure I am not alone, and
that what I have had to face is what other disabled people face on a
daily basis, and that the bureaucrats have been encouraged to continue
by success in the past. This needs to be addressed from the
Australian Parliament. I have all the evidence.
I have announced my intention to run
at the next Australian Federal Election for election as an Independent
Senator for Queensland in the Australian Senate. One central plank in my platform is
to issue Special Needs Certificates to all disabled persons in
AUSTRALIA, who have special needs, if I am elected as a Senator for
Queensland in the Senate of national Australian Federal
Parliament. In fact,
regardless of whether a person is admitted to be disabled by any
government bureaucrat, if that person does have Special Needs, and can

We will have procedure in place to guard against fraud by non-deserving
individuals. However, because I am disabled with Special Needs
myself, I guarantee that I will be most understanding. While I do
not pretend that my Special
Needs Certificates
will have mandatory legal effect, they will be nationally recognized
for being strong evidence that the bearer has those specific Special
Needs mentioned on the Certificate. Any potential discriminator
would be extremely foolish to ignore it.

site over the past two years since 23 August, 2006.
While I have been disabled, I have had
to bear the brunt of continual
attacks, bullying, cheating, fraud and corruption. It has seemed
like I was considered fair game. My appearance is another disability,
and is recognized in the Australian Commonwealth legislation
named the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 [DDA], definition of
Disability, and my appearance is somewhere
between UGLY and looking a FREAK with a mis-sharpened skull, cranium,
[It has ben said, in a serious way to assist me, that I look like a
NERD.] and the consequence of
'disfigurement'. People do not notice straight off, what it is
that 'puts them off', but then other bullies pick up on that
negativity, and so feel they can feel better about themselves if they
attack me. As a kid I could defeat them with my intelligence, but then
the medical
events intervened, bad enough, but
then I had to endure the MEDICAL
INCOMPETENCE on top of that. I am
improving now, even more than from all the adaptations I had made to
enable me to study and obtain four degrees and now be doing my PhD, as
a result of my diagnosing the underlying cause and having it professionally confirmed.
However, I am still disabled due to the brain damage [clinically
significant brain atrophy] I have suffered as a direct of the medical
incompetence. I am now lining up the parties who have cheated me and
bullied me over this 40 years. In fact ALL BULLIES ARE NOW IN MY SIGHTS. My web SITES will see to them.
Some of the biggest bullies in our whole world, are the rspca, in both the UK and
Australia. Just like all bullies, they only attack weak and vulnerable
people, who are usually being attacked already by other bullies. This

Over those intervening 38 years, to 2003,
Medical Doctors have mistreated me through their incompetence,
mis-diagnosis
and possibly greed for most of that time since1965. I had to
diagnose myself, have my General Practitioner doctor refer me to a
specialist and then have a sleep study to confirm the diagnosis by
myself. Both doctors told me they thought Obstructive Sleep
Apnoea [OSA] unlikely, due to my not
having the requisite 'physiology'. In March 2003, the sleep study
confirmed that I had Obstructive Sleep Apnoea [OSA]. If anyone is
interested, I have published a narrative of that period,with the links
immediately following here.
I now have clinically significant
Brain atrophy. I can do nothing
about that. As I detail in the narrative of that 38 years of my
life, life has been very difficult for me and just reasoning was most
laborious, but I kept at it and it became easier. Well, now that
my OSA is under control/management, I am continuing to make
improvement. For most of the 38 years, my weight was 103kg
[230lb]. When my OSA was confirmed with the sleep study, my
weight
was 93kg [208lb]. Today, [20080802] my weight is 71kg [156lb] and
still dropping. [I am now 185cm - 6'1" - but was in 1967 188cm -
6'2".] Increased body weight includes increased body fat
which collects in and around the throat as well. This causes the
throat to close during sleep, so obstructing the airways and causing me
to wake and so not have deep sleep, as well as periods of oxygen
deficiency, so causing a degree of brain damage over time. Those
damaging drugs from the mis-diagnosis also cause some brain damage as
did the ECT.
I am free of OSA provided I sleep on
my side, and I do. Although
I obtained my four undergraduate degrees while I was suffering from the
negative effects of OSA, I am noticing my intellectual ability
improving slowly but surely all the time, now, since I have been
managing my OSA.. However, with the brain atrophy and brain
damage I have suffered, I will always be disabled and will always need
to make allowances for my disabilities as has become second nature to
me now.
