Healthy female "dog" to breed with Parson Russell Terrier, to produce ASSISTANCE DOGS.   Rochedale South QLD 4123
I wish to breed from my Parson Russell Terrier. He is a trained assistance dog. He has a wonderful nature. The breed of his mate could be varied or a cross; eg Parson Russell Terrier, Jack Russell Terrier, Beagle, Bull Terrier, Bull mastiff, Staffy, and/or Fox Terrier plus many others. She does not need to be "pedigreed". I am very protective of my dogs. She will become very valuable to me and become one of my assistance "dogs". If we can assist each other, please contact me on my contact form, including your email address and your landline phone number so I can phone you to discuss. 

Because I am disabled and have an LLB [so therefore understand the Law surrounding disabilities and assistance dogs] I am now branching out to providing Assistance dogs to disabled persons [even if disabled in only a minor way and so not even realizing it]. This is not a business proposition but rather just a very necessary service I can offer to the community.
Many people have a disability and do not realize their ailment or "problem" is by law, the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) [DDA], classified as a "disability". This is especially so for people getting on in years, and who have a dog, and are maybe moving to accommodation where they are told they cannot take their dog. In a majority of cases, those people cannot be legally forced to surrender their animal/dog.
I will be assisting those person who already have dogs, but are being forced, unlawfully, to dispose of them because maybe they are moving accommodation. I can train your existing dogs to be assistance dogs and provide the documentation as required by the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) [DDA]. I do not intend to charge for this, but just maybe cover some marginal costs.

How to make THE MOST EFFECTIVE Complaint of Disability Discrimination in Australia.

This will tell you how to make a complaint of Disability Discrimination, anywhere in Australia. If you feel you have suffered Disability Discrimination, you can make a complaint to the Australian Commonwealth's Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission [HREOC[, but not if you have already complained about the same matter to your state discrimination body. PUBLICITY redresses so much evil and misdeeds. This Bulletin Board permits you to make your complaint VERY PUBLIC. The Discriminators, like all wrong doers, just HATE having their EVIL PUBLICIZED. Doing that you may also motivate others who have suffered the same discrimination to also complain, adding more weight to your complaint. If they do that publicly also, that will motivate even more to complain adding even more weight to your complaint. The hreoc are an evil body themselves, but they have a legislated duty to investigate your complaint. [Their usual response is to write you a discouraging letter directing you to all manner of other bodies, putting you to extra effort hoping you will discontinue so they can deem it withdrawn.] If they write that discouraging letter,[saying falsely that you have to prove something that you do not], you can scan it, remove any too personal detail, and post it here, with links to your original PUBLIC COMPLAINT. You should also edit you original complaint post on this site to point to their response. The way to COMPLAIN to HREOC:

Write your complaint first in WordPad so you can easily edit it. You may wish to write it over a few sessions. You may be interrupted. [That is how I use all of these Bulletin Boards.]
Address it as an OPEN LETTER TO HREOC.
After you have written it and posted it to the bulletin board, you copy the URL address displayed in the URL line of your browser, when your post/OPEN LETTER is displayed. That is the address to which you refer HREOC when you write your ALERT EMAIL to them.

You then write an ALERT EMAIL to HREOC to a couple of their addresses [to ensure they receive it]. Here are a few of their addresses. The first three should do. You decide.

Once you have written your ALERT EMAIL, you can post that fact in another Posting with the heading ALERT EMAIL SENT, then post in the same topic as the original, a copy of it with appropriate deletions, [like delete your email address] and importantly, link to your original OPEN LETTER, and go into your original OPEN LETTER and Edit it, to add the link to your ALERT EMAIL. You can and should follow this procedure for all correspondence with them.

HREOC may dislike all the communications being public, BUT THEY WILL FIND IT MORE DIFFICULT PUTTING IT OVER YOU.
